We stand behind our products and recommend giving them a fair try for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If you're not completely satisfied after this initial period and within our 60-day guarantee, we're here to help - simply reach out to us at support@victala.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand plans change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, orders typically enter our processing phase, making changes difficult. For cancellations within the 24-hour period, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction matters to us. We encourage you to explore all the features of your Victala product for at least 14 days. If you're not completely happy, you're welcome to return it anytime after the 14-day trial period and within our 60-day guarantee window. While shipping fees aren't refundable, we make the return process as smooth as possible.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Starting your return is simple - either use the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@victala.com. To help us serve you faster, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for your purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we take exceptional care in packaging, we understand things can happen during shipping. We define damage as defects or physical breakage to the product itself, not cosmetic shipping damage to the outer packaging. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@victala.com with clear photos. We'll quickly determine if you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note that normal wear and tear or misuse isn't covered under our damage policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other factors and issues that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's duty to ensure the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If it is incorrect and we are not notified of this within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or a refund.
